Landlord Responsibilities: The landlord pays for water and sewer. If the bill exceeds $100.00 per unit, then the tenant is responsible for paying the difference. Pet Policy: Pets under 35 pounds are allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee of $50.00 per month. Lease Terms: Month-to-month lease only. Would prefer the tenant to stay 12 months.
